To request an appointment, complete the form below. A $40 non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve your bridal appointment. All bridal appointments are stylist-guided experiences. We do not offer a “rack shopping” experience. Once your request has been submitted, our bridal reception team will review your submission, then they will reach out to you! When you submit this form, your appointment is not yet scheduled.

You will receive a call from us to confirm your appointment details and finalize your appointment set-up. We can’t wait to help you find your dream dress!

• Appointment times and availability can change due to other requests. We advise to request an appointment as soon as possible.

• If you are planning to order a custom dress, please schedule your appointment 8-12 months before your wedding date.

• We are open Tuesday - Saturday. We are not able to answer the phone or call you when we are closed. We do our best to return all calls within 24 business hours. Find our hours and more FAQs here

For a more relaxing, and longer in duration appointment, we encourage you to request a weekday appointment.

• 10am and 1pm weekday appointments are 2 hours in duration.

• 3pm weekday appointments are 1.5 hours in duration.

• Saturday appointments are 1.5 hours in duration.

We do offer special 2.5 hour VIP appointments that are after-hours for up to 10 guests. Call us if you are interested in learning more about that appointment type.
