Bridal Appointments are $40 and allow for the bride to bring up to 4 guests. If you wish to bring an additional guest, it is $50.

When you arrive, you'll be greeted by our receptionist staff. They will confirm details from your profile like your wear date, budget, timeline, and any preferences — to make sure nothing has changed since you booked.

From there, the fun begins! You're welcome to browse over 100 gowns on display throughout our lobby and showroom. Your stylist will meet you in the lobby and show you and your guests to a viewing area, and you to your dressing room. Your stylist will curate gowns for you to try on from the more than 3,000 gowns throughout the store - both on racks and displayed in the lobby - keeping in mind your wear date, budget, and preferences.

Low’s Bridal is 22,000 square feet with inventory spread across two floors. Depending on staffing and availability, some appointments take place on our second floor.

Once you've said "Yes!" every bride is welcome to celebrate and photos in our Chandelier Room, located on the first floor — if they wish.

Our owner personally hand-picks every dress in our 22,000 sq. ft. historic hotel bridal store, seeking quality at the best prices. She does all of the heavy lifting and over-shopping so you don’t have to!

Dress like you are going on a date night, but hold back on the spray tan and bold lipstick!

To wear for your try-ons: Wear nude underwear - a regular bra and underwear. You are welcome to bring shape-wear, but it is not required. Some feel more comfortable in shape-wear bottoms that are shorts. A bra is needed for measurements when a bride is needing to special order a dress.

Our staff is very professional and used to helping women through this delicate process. You will be in great hands.

You are welcome to bring your favorite pair of heels, but we will save them for that final look - when you get to say “Yes!” to your dress!

Though our semi annual sales allow our brides to get many styles for a discounted price, we have hundreds of styles up to 35% off year-round.

Our owner and store managers do an incredible job with purchasing for the store. Every single dress in our 22,000 square foot historic hotel bridal store is hand-picked by our owner. She is always hunting for high quality at affordable prices. Trust us, she has over-shopped until she has dropped for every investment level so our brides don’t have to!

Our famous sales happen twice a year, typically around late Winter into the New Year,  and again in the Mid-Summer. We offer hundreds of stunning styles in sizes 2-34, ready to take home immediately for an exceptional discount!

Just remember, these special sale gowns are sold as-is and cannot be ordered. Keep an eye on our website and social media for the exact dates. A sale will be announced just two weeks before it begins, and not before.

You can find gowns discounted up to 50% off during these sale seasons, and as low as $800. The average price of a sale gown is $1,200-$2,000. These are often designer gowns from past seasons that are in new to like-new condition.

Bring your biggest cheerleaders, and those who want to make cherished memories with you. To ensure the most fun and focused experience as you discover your dream dress, appointments come with space for each Bride to bring up to 4 guests.

To maintain a calm and bride-focused experience, children aged 13 and under are not permitted to attend Bridal Appointments.

We do allow a child aged 6-13 to come to a pick-up appointment if you have ordered your dress with us. If you have a little sister, daughter, or God daughter and wish to share your bridal experience with her, this is the time to bring her. Please let us know if you plan to bring a child.

We do not have accommodations for babies.

To reserve your appointment with one of our expert stylists, a $40 non-refundable booking fee is required. We understand schedules can change, so here are the details to keep in mind:

• Quick Confirmation - Action Required: We'll send a text reminder before your visit to confirm you're still joining us. In order to confirm your appointment, you must respond to that text message. If you do not respond, your appointment can be cancelled.

• Rescheduling: Need a different date? Just give us a call at least 3 business days before your original appointment. Your fee happily transfers to a new date within the next 3 months (you only pay it once in that timeframe for one reschedule)!

• Cancellations/No-Shows: If you need to cancel, please provide at least 48 business hours (2 business days) notice to avoid a $25 late-cancellation fee. This fee also applies to no-shows.

• Punctuality is Key: Please arrive on time for your special appointment! Arriving more than 15 minutes late might mean we need to reschedule to ensure you receive our full, dedicated attention for your entire allotted time. Also, if you arrive more than 15 minutes early, you will likely have to wait until your appointment time. Our gates promptly open 5 minutes before the store opens. If you arrive early and the gate is closed, please do not be alarmed, we will open it in conjunction with our hours of operation.

Beyond our gorgeous wedding gowns, we have everything you need to complete your perfect bridal look, like veils, headpieces, gloves, jewelry and more. We do not carry shoes of any kind.

If you don’t know what you what you want, that’s okay! We are here to help. Our stylists are here to guide you through every step of the way. We love when brides explore different silhouettes, fabrics, and styles. Your dream dress might be the one you least expect.

Every Bridal Appointment comes with bridal consultation services. After you make your appointment, we encourage you to submit inspiration to our expert staff so they can curate a custom collection. We will help you execute your vision while staying in budget.

We offer several convenient ways to pay! We accept:

We do not accept checks or American Express cards.

We love your excitement to celebrate! Although, Low’s Bridal is alcohol-free. Please do not bring alcohol in the building.

• Appointment durations range from 2 hours to 1.5 hours. During the appointment, your stylist will help you try on as many gowns as possible and give you time to cherish the moment with your family. A 2 hour appointment typically is trying on dresses for an hour and a half, an hour and a half appointment is typically trying on dresses for an hour.

• Weekdays (Tues-Fri beginning at 10 AM): A weekday appointment can last up to 2 hours. This provides ample time for in-depth collaboration with your stylist to find your dream dress. 

• Saturday Appointments (from 9 AM): You'll have up to one and a half hours of dedicated partnership with your stylist to find your dress!
