Yes! We're an appointment-only boutique! Each and every bride is paired with a dedicated stylist who will guide you through the appointment, help you view our collections, and find the best dress, veil, and jewelry meant for your special day! Though our semi annual sales allow our brides to get many styles for a discounted price, we have hundreds of styles up to 35% off year-round.
Our owner and store managers do an incredible job with purchasing for the store. Every single dress in our 22,000 square foot historic hotel bridal store is hand-picked by our owner. She is always hunting for high quality at affordable prices. Trust us, she has over-shopped until she has dropped for every investment level so our brides don’t have to!
Our famous sales happen twice a year, typically around late Winter into the New Year, and again in the Mid-Summer. We offer hundreds of stunning styles in sizes 0-34, ready to take home immediately for an exceptional discount!
Just remember, these special sale gowns are sold as-is and cannot be ordered. Keep an eye on our website and social media for the exact dates. A sale will be announced just two weeks before it begins, and not before.
Bring your biggest cheerleaders! To ensure the most fun and focused experience as you discover your dream dress, appointments come with space for each Bride to bring up to 4 guests. Please keep in mind we do not allow anyone aged 13 and under to attend Bridal Appointments. We do allow children aged 6-13 to come to a pick-up appointment if you have ordered your dress with us.
To reserve your appointment with one of our expert stylists, a $25 non-refundable booking fee is required. We understand schedules can change, so here are the details to keep in mind:
- Quick Confirmation - Action Required: We'll send a text reminder before your visit to confirm you're still joining us. In order to confirm your appointment, you must respond to that text message. If you do not respond, your appointment can be cancelled.
- Rescheduling: Need a different date? Just give us a call at least 3 business days before your original appointment. Your fee happily transfers to a new date within the next 3 months (you only pay it once in that timeframe for one reschedule)!
- Cancellations/No-Shows: If you need to cancel, please provide at least 48 business hours (2 business days) notice to avoid a $25 late-cancellation fee. This fee also applies to no-shows.
- Punctuality is Key: Please arrive on time for your special appointment! Arriving more than 15 minutes late might mean we need to reschedule to ensure you receive our full, dedicated attention for your entire allotted time. Also, if you arrive more than 15 minutes early, you will likely have to wait until your appointment time. Our gates promptly open 5 minutes before the store opens. If you arrive early and the gate is closed, please do not be alarmed, we will open it in conjunction with our hours of operation.
When you look cute, you feel cute! But maybe don’t over-do-it! Bold lipsticks and fresh spray tans damage dresses. Dress like you are going on a date night!
To wear for your try-ons: Panty lines will distract from that bridal glow! Bringing nude underwear and shapewear with you if you desire. You are welcome to bring your favorite pair of heels, but we will save them for that final look - when you get to say “Yes!” to your dress!
Beyond our gorgeous wedding gowns, we have everything you need to complete your perfect bridal look, like veils, headpieces, gloves, jewelry and more. We do not carry shoes of any kind.
- Weekdays (Tues-Fri beginning at 10 AM): A weekday appointment can last up to 2 hours. This provides ample time for in-depth collaboration with your stylist to find your dream dress.
- Saturday Appointments (from 9 AM): You'll have up to one and a half hours of dedicated partnership with your stylist to find your dress!
No! Our stylists are here to guide you through every step of the way. We love when brides explore different silhouettes, fabrics, and styles. Your dream dress might be the one you least expect.
Our collections currently range from approximately $1,300 to $6,000. Keep in mind that the price listed on a gown does not include taxes or alteration costs. Dresses that are special ordered also come with additional costs. We cover all of this in your appointment! During Sale seasons, you can find dresses for $800 minimum, though we still recommend an overall investment level of $1,200 minimum even during sale season so ensure the best possible experience for every bride.

We love your excitement to celebrate! Although, Low’s Bridal is alcohol-free. Please do not bring alcohol in the building.

Sizing & Special Orders

At Low’s Bridal, you have options! More than half of our brides take their dress home with them the day of their appointment. We carry thousands of gowns (sizes 0-34) right here in the boutique. If you fall in love with an in-stock dress that fits just right, you get to take it home the very same day! However some brides want to customize a gown, or need a size we don’t have in stock the day of their appointment, therefore we special order their dress directly for the designer!
We focus on finding the fit that feels incredible, and your stylist will guide you every step of the way! Wedding dress sizing has its own system, so please don't be surprised if your gown size is 1 or 2 sizes bigger than what you wear day-to-day – that's completely standard.
We understand buying your wedding dress is a big, exciting decision! Due to the special nature of bridal gowns and accessories, all sales are final. This means we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or deposit transfers once a purchase is made. This policy is standard practice across the bridal industry, and we appreciate your understanding!
If you had an amazing experience and wish to show extra appreciation for outstanding service from your stylist, such a kind gesture is always welcome. Feel free to ask our front desk staff if you'd like more information. Our stylists have venmo and other payment accounts to make tipping easy. Please know that tipping is not required.

What’s Next?

We know you can't wait! Generally, your special order gown will arrive within about 5.5 to 6 months. Keep in mind that requesting custom changes or special hems can sometimes add a bit more time (and require upfront payment for those modifications). If your timeline is tighter, definitely discuss rush order availability with your stylist. If you are to special order a dress, the arrival date will be discussed in your appointment to help you make the best decision with confidence.
Yay! We'll notify you the moment your dress and/or accessories arrive. From there, you can either schedule a pick up appointment and try it on, or arrange to have it shipped right to your doorstep (shipping costs apply).
We don't have on-site alterations, but we've got you covered. Since many of our brides visit us from hours away, we will supply a list of highly reputable alterations services in your area. Alteration costs are separate and arranged directly with the specialist you choose.
Cherish your gown forever with our easy preservation service through the Wedding Gown Preservation Co. Grab a kit from us – specially priced for our brides! – then simply package your dress and accessories, use the included shipping label, and send it in. Your gown will be professionally cleaned, preserved, and returned in a display box in about 10 weeks.
