Every sale gown is available off-the-rack, so you can find your dress and take it home that day!

How White Week Shopping Works
White Week is a little different from a traditional Low’s bridal appointment. You’ll shop rack-style on the second floor of our historic hotel, browsing the sale selection and choosing gowns to try-on. Our stylists will be available to assist, but this event does not include a dedicated, one-on-one stylist.
Each appointment lasts one hour, so arriving with your budget and a few favorite styles in mind will help you make the most of your shopping time.
Here’s what to know before you arrive:
You may try on three gowns at a time.
Dressing rooms are first come, first serve
Each bride may bring up to 2 guests, ages 13 and older. No babies or children are permitted.
All sale gowns are sold as-is.
We do not accept American Express or checks.
All Sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
A Little Prep Goes a Long Way
You don’t need to have every wedding detail figured out before shopping, but a little preparation can help you spend more time focusing on the gowns you love.
Know your budget. Share your price range with our team so we can help you make every minute count.
Dress for try-ons. Nude shapewear or bike shorts make for quick changes as you move between gowns.
Fuel up beforehand. Dress shopping takes energy! Eat before your appointment so you arrive ready to shop.
Know your vibe. Bring a sense of the styles you’re drawn to and your vision for your wedding day so we can help you find options that fit.

How to Request Your White Week Appointment

Our bridal reception team will review your submission.
