Appointments are required. Please call as early as possible to secure your appointment date and time.

Regular appointments Tuesday through Friday do not require appointment fees. 

A $10.00 appointment fee is required when scheduling the appointment for our busiest days: Saturdays and throughout our Semi-Annual Sales.

  • Semi-Annual Sale appointment fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • Saturday Appointments must be canceled by 5:00 on the Thursday prior to the Saturday Appointment for a refund. 
  • For appointments that are rescheduled, the appointment fee is transferred, you will only pay the appointment fee once.

We request that you bring no more than four (4) guests with you. Though outside of our semi-annual sale dates, we can accommodate larger parties during mid-week appointments as long as you work with us in advance.

Gentlemen are welcome in all areas of the store except for dressing rooms or dressing room areas. This is to protect brides and gentlemen from being embarrassed while dresses are being tried on.

We ask that you bring NO babies or children under the age of 12, but if you must bring any babies or children they will have to remain in the lobby with an adult member from your party. They will not be allowed to go back to the dressing rooms, hallway or any other part of the store.

Due to the vast diversity of our customers with different cultures and religious affiliations, we do not allow alcohol. Also, since all of our customers travel a long distance, we guard against drinking and driving.

Saturdays and sale days appointments are for an hour and a half and start at 9:00 am. Tuesday through Friday appointments start at 10:00 am and are for two hours and can possibly be longer on non-sale days, just ask when making your appointment.

Yes - we have everything you need to compliment your gown including several styles of strapless bras, slips from very slim to the largest crinoline, and shoes in a variety of styles.

Yes! We realize a bride's time is precious, so we carry options to complete each bride's ensemble. 

The Better Business Bureau recommends ordering gowns and accessories at the same time in order to best know how the complete ensemble will look. Ordering your gown, veil, headpiece, undergarments, and shoes at the same time ensures that your entire ensemble is ready for alterations and portraits. 

You may order your veil and headpiece after your gown arrives, but be aware that veils and headpieces take one and a half months or longer to arrive after ordering while sashes & belts can take as long as a wedding gown to arrive.

Low’s has a total of 22 dressing rooms: 13 downstairs, 3 in the couture area and 6 in the plus size department.

If a relaxed atmosphere with the most mirror space and flexibility if you need to go over your appointment time are what you're looking for, then weekdays — especially Wednesdays and Thursdays (excluding the semi-annual sales) — are best.
